I'm a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping others, specializing in clinical massage, post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and supporting our Veteran community. Originally from Tennessee, I’ve called Houston home for nearly a decade. I'm passionate about lifelong learning, and I’m always exploring new techniques and approaches to better serve my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy the crisp air and colors of fall, traveling to see more of the country, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
