Your chapter's phone service (phone number members call to leave voice mails) has been reset.
You can still receive voicemails by going to the email associated with your chapter phone service, or by notifications if you set up your mobile device to receive them.
What has changed is that your chapter's outgoing greeting has been reset to an auto-greeting, and you will need to reset your passcode, for when you want to call in to retrieve voice mails.
